The NFL and Roc Nation have picked another group of records to live inside the football season—not just on a branded playlist.

The 2026 Songs of the Season lineup launched Sept. 1 with music from Lil Uzi Vert, Infinity Song, Lismar, Patrick Martin, Soge Culebra, Gio Dee, Lucien Parker, Memphis Bleek, The Cab and Donel. According to the announcement, the selected music will be used across NFL+, league social channels, broadcast partners, in-game programming, stadiums and club social accounts during the 2026–27 season.

That distribution is the part worth paying attention to. The artists are being placed into a network of football media and game-day environments rather than simply collected under an NFL logo on a streaming service.

Uzi and Bleek sit beside newer names

The nine-song slate includes Lil Uzi Vert's “Poured” and Memphis Bleek's “No More,” but the program is deliberately broader than established rap names. Infinity Song contributes “One Foot Out,” Lismar appears with “Madrid,” and Gio Dee and Lucien Parker are represented by “We Keep Goin,” among the other selections.

That mix gives the program two jobs at once: recognizable names can help pull attention toward the playlist, while less-established artists get repeated placement around one of the biggest sports-media systems in the country.

The Music Universe published the lineup with an image credited to the NFL. The Source also carried the Sept. 2 announcement and included an NFL Instagram post tied to the program.

The songs can show up far beyond the playlist page

NFL vice president Jessica Boddy described the initiative as a way to connect music and football culture while creating new opportunities for artists to become part of the season's major moments.

The practical footprint is unusually broad. A selected track can surface through league social media, a broadcast environment, stadium entertainment or a club's own channels. That does not guarantee a hit, a streaming spike or any specific commercial result for an artist, but it does make the placement materially different from a passive editorial playlist.

The program also continues the NFL and Roc Nation relationship around music and the league's wider cultural programming. Songs of the Season is available now across major streaming platforms as the league prepares for the start of its 2026 season.

RRL will watch which tracks receive visible game-day or broadcast usage once the season begins. The announcement establishes access; the season itself will show how much exposure each song actually gets.
