Tay Keith’s probate case now includes more than $198,000 in creditor claims.
American Express National Bank filed two claims against the late producer’s estate, according to court documents obtained by TMZ. One seeks roughly $60,000 connected to a Business Platinum account and another seeks about $27,000 tied to a separate Platinum account.
Bank of America also filed a claim tied to a 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLS, saying approximately $115,000 remains owed.
Together, the claims exceed $198,000.
A creditor claim is not the same as a final court determination that every requested dollar will be paid. Probate claims can still be reviewed, disputed, negotiated or resolved through the estate process.
The filings arrive as Tay Keith’s estate continues to be administered following his death earlier this year.
Previous reporting on the estate identified music royalties, bank accounts, vehicles, real estate and business interests among the assets.
That makes the new filings part of a larger accounting process: the estate has assets, but creditors also have an opportunity to present obligations they say remain unpaid.
The next meaningful update will be how the estate responds to those claims.
